Roles and Responsibilities

Set and achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
Acquire new customers.
Manage customer relationships.
Provide technical support in veterinary matters.
Conduct customer training and share knowledge.

Requirements

Work Experience

Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in sales within the Agriculture, Dairy, or Animal Husbandry sectors.
At least 2 to 3 years of leadership experience.
Experience managing a team of 4 to 5 members
Strong network in retail/B2B with farmers, farming, and dairy associations
Hands-on experience at the grassroots level

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Agriculture (or) Degree or diploma in Agriculture (or) A graduate with 5+ years of experience working with dairy farmers, even without a formal qualification in Agriculture, Dairy, or Animal Husbandry.
